Direction & Management


  • First point of contact for the management board for the entire operational business
  • Strategic consulting and customer management, development of new business, cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Analysis and implementation of external and internal workflows (process optimisation, software administration, project documentation, roadmap and capacity planning)
  • Lead, establishing and further development of design teams (screening applicants, job interviews, salary negotiation, feedback formats, agile role allocation, OKR, et al)


Strategy & Concept


  • Development of product and communication strategies, translation of concepts into creative solutions
  • Workshop design and execution for the creation of requirement profiles, recommendations for action and content strategies
  • Concept, Ideation, Creative Lead and Art Direction for digital applications and touch points, as well as for campaigns, pitches, content and event productions


Design & Implementation


  • UX/UI strategies and concepts in terms of User Centred Design (archetypes/scenarios, story/journey mapping, user flows, creative brief, information architecture, prototyping, design systems/style guides)
  • Selection and management of service providers (technical implementation, quality assurance, order scheduling, contract negotiations)
  • Interdisciplinary coordination, briefing and review of design specifications, quality assurance and supervision of content/asset creation, data management (CMS), as well as creative management of teams and productions


Lecturing (University)


  • Strategy, concept, design and implementation in a digital world
  • Teaching post graduate students how to conduct digital projects
